Whr {Mr Wheeler} 15/D3.7.30.

Sa. is over here at the moment and Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} has asked me to mention to you the following points which Sa. brought up:-

(1) He said that Repusseau, who make the Hartford Shock Absorbers in Paris, have a very simple arrangement whereby shock absorbers can be adjusted from the interior of the car. The front and rear shock absorbers can be regulated separately.

(2) Sa. says that Hispanos are interested in the developments in connection with an Electric Brake, which is said to be amazingly efficient and noiseless.

Whr. {Mr Wheeler}
