At the present time I find Drivers and Owners using any kind of oil they think something near what should be used. Russia is a country rich in oils and we should find no difficulty in procuring an excellent oil that will suit us. Of course we must find two oils that we can use in Winter and Summer res. I have got Mr Emile Nobel interested in this matter and he has promised me his assistance by placing his oil specialist at my disposal, also he will do his best in giving introductions into oil firms with the idea of securing samples of their oils. Before I go any further in this matter I should like you to give me all the imformation possible regarding your experiments etc. (1) Are you quite satisfied with Prices oils in England?
