The trouble with the fuses blowing, cannot we think, be due to the R.R. wiring circuit being burnt out. Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} has evidently not made it clear exactly which wiring he referred to, but probably it is to a coachbuilders internal wiring circuit which has been connected up to our side lamp wiring, or perhaps the fault occurred on some part of the lamp circuit carried out by the coachbuilders.

The magneto we should of course, return to the Makers, as the fault is for their investigation. The battery ignition was complained of at the time of the last report, and was then traced to a faulty condenser. At the same time we do have a certain amount of trouble due to oil film on these points, but this was to a large extent overcome by ensuring the oil seal at the base of the distributor tower, and in this case the seal may not be properly made.

Failures not involving stops.

The exhaust joint blow; it is not clear to which joint this refers, and it is a point for further investigation, or report from Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager}

Ignition stops are referred to above.
