Please receive herewith the following scheme :-

F.CD.197.Increased clearance between thermostat cover flange and shutter levers.

Due to the shutter lever forgings growing, it has been found necessary to increase the depth of the boss on thermostat .075 to give a more generous clearance.

As the thermostat cover flange is the same as used on the standard 25/30 HP. cars, it would appear necessary to alter the actual cover.
