Dear Mr. Grylls,

THE MOTOR issues of October have naturally been concerned almost wholly, so far as the technical side is concerned, with the Motor Show exhibits.
In our first Show Number we had an article on the leading features of the new designs which have been introduced with some sketches covering such points as water circulation, valve gears, and so on.

The second Show Number was a sort of encyclopaedia of the models on the British market, and this was arranged in a form which gave the general features in a range and also any special points which are of engineering or public interest. I must say that on some models one has to look fairly hard to find such points as the latter, but in nearly every case there is something there if research is carried out with sufficient thoroughness.

The third Show Number had as a leading feature a Review of the Motor Show, including coachwork and accessories, also what were, in our judgment, the leading features in production car design, classified under the following headings:-

Frames and Frameless
Axles and Independents
Engines and Gearboxes
