For the attention of Mr. Bowering,

Nightingale Road,
DERBY.

Dear Sir,

We beg to confirm the visit of our Mr. C. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Hooper, and thank you for the courtesy extended to him.

We are putting in hand in accordance with his conversation with you three cupro-nickel joint rings in 1/8" tubing with check plates .080" thick. We suggest .080" thick, as we think from the sketch given to us of the exhaust pipe you get a certain amount of bending in the sections between the flanges and in consequence if we allow the rings to be pulled down any more, you will have greater expansion in the ring itself, which is what is required to overcome the present difficulty.

Yours faithfully,

FOR AND ON BEHALF OF
WILLS PRESSURE FILLED JOINT RING, Ltd.

Percy Wills.
MANAGING DIRECTOR.
