NEW PROCESS OIL.

A remarkable development in Motor Oil, the result of our patient research to discover an oil which will resist the action of heat, must mean much to all users of Internal Combustion Engines.

MICRO-PHOTOGRAPHS OF NEW PROCESS OIL AFTER BEING SUBMITTED TO A TEMPERATURE OF 482º F.{Mr Friese}

ADCOL NEW PROCESS OIL.

OIL PREVIOUSLY STANDARDISED.
SHOWING HEAVY CARBON DEPOSIT.

EXACT REPRODUCTIONS of Micro-Photographs, taken by a famous and keenly scientific firm of Motor Car Manufacturers, of ADCOL NEW PROCESS OIL and of a well-known and admittedly excellent make of Oil as previously standardised by them, after heating at 482º F.{Mr Friese}

The NEW PROCESS OIL remained clear and unaffected; the other oil decomposed with the formation of carbon, representing what happens to these oils in cylinder and crank chamber in actual use.

PRACTICAL TESTS BY NOTED CAR MANUFACTURERS.

We call attention to some remarkable results reported to us by two other leading Manufacturers, which are convincing evidence that our research work has taken us a remarkable step in advance of our competitors in the lubrication of internal combustion engines:-

R.{Sir Henry Royce} Company.—Exhaustively tested NEW PROCESS OIL on the bench with the following results:—
ADCOL NEW PROCESS OIL ... ... ... 1.54 grammes of deposit found.
WELL-KNOWN COMPETITOR'S OIL, V ... 3.54 " " "
" " " " W ... 5.13 " " "

S.S. Company.—Reported that a Test Car has run over 5,000 miles on NEW PROCESS OIL, and is still running smoothly and sweetly, the consumption being 1,500 miles to the gallon! The same Test Car, under precisely the same conditions, running on a well-known competitive oil, finished at 2,500 miles owing to severe "pinking" and knocking.

The above examples are a few of the many striking practical results which establish the fact that Adcol New Process Oil will indefinitely postpone carbonisation and pinking and the various resultant troubles.

It means that your car will give at least double the usual mileage before it is necessary to examine the cyclinders, etc. Wear of bearings and pistons will be less owing to absence of carbon.

The same careful scientific research which has evolved New Process Oil has been applied in our Laboratories to our complete range of lubricants for every purpose.

This oil has only recently been put on the open market, so if you have difficulty in obtaining it from your garage please order direct from us and let us have the name of the garage in question.

All Duckham's Motor Oil Cans have a patent telescopic spout that facilitates pouring and eliminates waste—see illustration attached.

†NOTE.—The above Adcol N.P. photograph is so remarkable that it has been criticised as a "fake." We are prepared to prove its authenticity and the unbiased character of the test.
