We thank you for yours of yesterday's date Ref: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/KW, regarding "BLUECOL", which is Ethylene Glycol manufactured by Messrs I.C.I.

I believe this mixture is identical with the fluid which you obtain direct from Messrs. I.C.I. We should naturally prefer, however, that you purchase your requirements from us if this can be conveniently arranged.
