Dear Sirs,

Miss England II.

I thank you for your letter of the 20th inst. and for the three copies of the statement signed by Messrs. Wilcox, Green, Orme and Ellor. I have today forwarded two of these statements to Mr. Handley, one for his use and one for the use of Mr. Cooper.

I am hoping that Mr. Ellor will be able to give me a call tomorrow as suggested on the telephone in order that I may complete the proof of his evidence.

Yours faithfully,

Allan V Nutt
