X1049 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} c. to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}11/KW.11.12.35. Buick Car. On previous American cars we have stripped we have endeavoured to get a complete weight analysis, which is most valuable to us for comparative purposes. For the purpose of analysis we have divided the car into various sections, and attach a copy of the way in which this has been done. Will you please let us have these weights. If any difficulty arises, Dodd will be glad to co-operate with you to obtain the figures. For the information of the Design Dept. we should like to strip one brake drum, the engine unit and gearbox, and rear axle. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
