Requesting a special set of shims with specific hole diameters for a B.6.BN. chassis engine in Paris.

B.6.BN.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} CHASSIS (PARIS)

The above engine has lead bronze big end bearings and when looked over by the Paris Depot the lead bronze facings were found to be coming away from the steel shims.

A set of RR.56. liners were sent but these were incorrect having the latest 11/32.dia. holes, and the rods in the above unit has small bolt holes 5/16. dia.

Will you please make a special set of shims in RR.56. with 5/16. dia holes for the above job.
