eventually obtain a silent reliable aluminium piston but we
think at the same time that we should not abandon the cast
iron piston because there is the remote chance that our hopes
will not be realised with the aluminium pistons.

We have heard lately, that the Crossley Co.
and the Rover Co. are changing all aluminium pistons on
their cars because of the disentigration troubles with the
aluminium.
