Request to the Air Ministry to supply spare Champion R.11 sparking plugs for F-11 engines.

As you are aware, we have supplied for each of the above engines for the Air Ministry, 24 Champion R.11 Sparking Plugs. It is pointed out, however, that the life of these Plugs is not very long, and it is essential that some spares should be available for replacements at the various machine contractors' Works. Will you please take up with the Air Ministry, therefore the question of supplying, say, 12 of these plugs as spares for each engine, owing to these being unobtainable from Air Ministry Stores, not being a standard plug.
