Chassis B-56-BN.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}

We are sending you under separate cover, 3 pairs of needles, details of which are on the attached sheet. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} wishes us to make an attempt to improve the petrol consumption as shown on your daily report (11.5 m.p.h.).

Owing to the fact that we have no car available here for these tests, will you please let me have an idea of the effect of these needles on pick up (30 m.p.h. in top gear), and general performance, etc.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/C.T.Salt.
