56026 Mk.{R. E. B. Meade-King} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. c. to H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.2/MA.26.5.34. Replying to your Mk.1/MC.24.5.34., the solution to your conundrum is quite simple, for when the earth connection to the interior illuminated rear number plate is disconnected the current to the brake stop lamp provides a supply through the tail lamp in series to the distribution board and then on to the side lamps and thus to earth. Thus when the brake stop lamp is operated all the lamps, i.e. brake stop lamp, tail lamp and side lamps will be dimly lighted in series. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. | ||
