Rolls-Royce Ltd., Experimental Department, DERBY. Dear Sirs, According to your letter of the 14th May, requesting that I should write to you on the completion of my University work, in view of further vacancies which may have occurred since that date, my course at Leeds University is now completed. I am pleased to inform you that I was successful in graduating with the degree of B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with 1st Class Honours. Particulars of my qualifications, experience etc. have been sent to you by the Appointments Board of the University at the time of my interview at the beginning of May. Further information will be gladly forwarded on request or at a further interview. I trust that I shall be a suitable candidate for any vacancy that may have occurred and I should deem it a favour if you would inform me of any such vacancy as soon as possible.
