R.{Sir Henry Royce} has agreed that we should test out a cylinder block and crankcase cast in one piece in cast iron.

We understand that the Foundry believe that they can effect this without a great deal of difficulty and we should therefore like you to proceed with this job. We want the cylinder block to be available for a Japan engine.
