This means that the following Sections are to be at once instructed by D.O. to the latest existing part lists :- Crankcase. Dynamo and drive. Water Pump. Oil Filler. Radiator and fittings. Starting Handle. Front Wing Stays. Front Apron. Steering Column & Wheel. Undershields. Rear Road Springs and fittings. The above instruction used in conjunction with K/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}1/HP.31.5.35., of which all Departments in D.O. have received a copy, will enable 8 SpectreCodename for Phantom III cars to be completely instructed, and if there is any Section in any Department that is not included I will immediately decide upon an existing scheme to enable the above proposal of completely specifying the chassis to be carried out.
