X.3839 "With regard to the special cells, we are making up four as you suggest, two of each construction, and will invoice them to you on your order for the price of three, as you suggest. Two of these will be of the latest type with the lowered P.D. and other features and the other two will be very near the type previously used where the P.D. is rather high.
