B-56-BN.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} Exhaust System.

We give you herewith specification of the exhaust system we would like fitting to the above car.

(a) Black Vitreous enamelled manifold (already handed over to the fitters.)

(b) "FESCOLIZED" mild steel downtake pipe and front expansion box, with lagging covers made in Aluminium (already handed over to fitters)

(c) Front intermediate pipe EB.1503 to be made in mild steel and in 16.SWG material. This pipe should be "FESCOLIZED" before fitting.

(d) Front silencer to standard design but using 16.SWG. material for silencer shell EB.421 and sleeve EB.1504, the two ends EB.778 to remain in 14.SWG material. Sleeve EB.1504 to be made in mild steel and NOT staybright.

(e) Rear intermediate pipe EB.978 to be made on 16.SWG material.

(f) Rear silencer to standard design but using 16.SWG material for silencer shell EB.884 and pipes EB.877 and EB.881.- the two ends EB.779 to remain in 14.SWG material.

(g) Tail pipe EB.1086 to be made in 16.SWG material.

(h) Fit scheme LEC.4825 shewing the tail pipe raised 1.00" to give more ground clearance.
