| 1021 To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} Re Visit of Mr. C. Ward. Mr. C. Ward telephoned this morning to say that as he has definite appointments for the remainder of this week he would be very pleased to postpone the proposed visit to Derby until Monday or Tuesday of next week. It was left that you would let him know by letter or otherwise which of these two days would be convenient to you. As he seemed rather vague as to the purpose and usefulness of the visit we took the opportunity of briefly outlining its purposes and the policy involved.
