Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/MJ.6.6.31

We are anxious to borrow a Buick car to investigate one or two points on the steering. I believe I should have no difficulty in getting one for a day from Mr. Oscroft at Nottingham, who is the General Motor's agent for the district. The car we want is the big Buick and is the one he uses himself, so that if we borrow this we should expect to lend him a car to replace it.

If you are in agreement we should like to lend him 18-G4 car for a day in exchange for the Buick.
