Remove engine base-draw all pistons-remetal sixteen connecting rod bearings-refit and re-bed new bearings to crankshaft-remove the caps of all main bearings-scrap and clean out the oil grooves-clear the oilway through the crankshaft-clean out oil feed pipes-remove-dismantle and clean out the oil pump-wash out engine base-refit and fill with fresh oil-free up the action of the throttle control. LABOUR: 10 0 0 2. Reline all brakes. LABOUR: 3 0 0 3. Grind the friction surfaces of all brake drums. LABOUR: 16 0 4. Remove the floor boards-remove the gearbox lid{A. J. Lidsey}-re-adjust the high gear selector. Eliminate the rattle from the rear stabilator and shock absorber arms and shackles. LABOUR: 15 0 5. Remove the rear petrol tank-fit a new petrol gauge tank unit-refit the tank and adjust the gauge. PARTS: 1 | LABOUR: 15 0 6. Stop the squeaks from the lower control arms.
