Referring to the attached on the question of Wraith Frames, the position is serious because prices are gradually increasing mainly due to the fact that on Rubery Owens statement, drawings submitted have evidently not been complete and in addition there have been frequent alterations. It will be observed that Rubery Owen are now talking of frames in the region of £21. 5. 0d. due to these facts. Can it now be taken that all instructions are clear and no further alterations are contemplated, because we intend to go further into the matter with regard to the increase which Rubery Owen say is now necessary.
