SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} FROM DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}2/M27.11.30. C. to HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} C. to C. C. to EY. REVISED "C" STEERING - P.2. X.7430. We saw this fitted to 22-EX. and it was approved as far as the column was concerned, but the cushion of the seat was 2" too low. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} has agreed to have this modified. We would be glad if some decision could be come to about this column, as we are very anxious to have it as standard as soon as possible. The design was made in Dec. 1929., but has been held up for various reasons, chiefly due to Sales not fully comprehending the whole issue when it came up before the C.S.C. a year ago, when it was turned down without adequate consideration.
