Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} x2960 To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re Marles Type Steering Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}5/E17.1.35 Copy to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} on Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}'s Car. With the wet roads and half light, i.e. between daylight and dark, it was not possible to make a very useful test as one could not do any real speed. My impression, however, was that steering from the point of view of joggles was very good but it seemed to me rather inclined to wander, i.e. a feeling of lack of security. You might ask Dodds what he thought of it as the result of driving it back. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
