Re: Bentley V.{VIENNA} Corniche.

In order to be able to give Sales a concise statement as to the present state of advancement of the whole Corniche programme, we would be very pleased if you could let us have the following information:-

(1) The final delivery date of 14.B.5. assuming our approval of same on May 23rd.

(2) The date of completion of the second car, assuming you receive the chassis on the date on which you would require it.

(3) The date upon which you will be able to despatch the sample frame body and panelling etc. which it is intended to act as a model for the English coachbuilders who may build replicas of this body.

(4) How long it would take you to build a replica 14.B.5. starting from the beginning, assuming that you receive the chassis when you require it?

We need this information to inform Sales how long it would take to produce Bentley V.{VIENNA} Corniche replicas for the Show.

We apologise for troubling you for this information, but we feel it is needed in order to enable us to assist in drawing up a policy for Earls Court, should it be decided that Corniche car on the Stand there must have an English /the built body.
