Revision of 20/25 and Phantom chassis weights and potential lightening measures.

We will make our recommendation in due course if lightening any part seems feasible. Perhaps it is not generally realised that by far the largest item on the Phantom is the increased petrol tank capacity. This amounts to something over 70 lbs. increase in weight.
