| -5- RRG/BH.1/DS.7.7.36 HEAD LAMP CROSS MEMBER EB.1846 Arrgt. End socket broken away from member close to the boss - no further cracks found, this is now obsolete and is replaced by Strengthened Forging EB.2534. FRONT BUMPER. The condition of the weights on extreme ends was such that the nut controlling lead weights was flush with face of bottom cap, which in turn meant that it was only possible to tighten leaf springs to the nut and not as a complete unit. See Sketch EX.1.48. STEERING COLUMN. Condition good. SIDE STEERING TUBE. Condition good. OIL PUMP ON DASH. Condition, top covered in oil from breather, this looks untidy and is a general condition on all cars. OIL PIPES & FITTINGS. Condition generally good, except for main feed pipes to Rear Axle GB.777-8. EB.550, these were badly damaged by stones. BATTERY? Top of Battery covered in stones, and road conditions.
