Recommending an instrument for depots to check the Phantom II pivot lean to prevent steering issues.

We find that some Depots have no means of checking Phantom ll pivot lean.
We think that it is most important for them to be provided with an instrument for this job as otherwise when they change the springs they may seriously effect the steering.

Attached is a sketch of a simple instrument we made experimentally to do the job.
We recommend that this should be made the subject of a Depot Sheet.
