-2- they had the test carried out again and again, but in the end they were satisfied that without a machine it was impossible to accurately balance brakes, and that with an efficient machine it was an easy matter. We have recently had a case where a man reported that he could not hold his car on the road on account of skidding at the slightest provocation. He blamed the tyres. Our Distributors had the car brought in and the brakes carefully adjusted. Afterwards the owner found it was almost impossible to skid the car unless he deliberately did so. Therefore, we are going ahead with [handwritten: getting] a number of Brake Testing Machines made, which we will install in various parts of the country, so that users of India Super Tyres can have their brakes tested without charge at any time. Yours sincerely, John Cooper. | ||
