Jm.{Mr Morley} Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} c. HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} c. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} BENTLEY UNITS FOR FITTING TEMPORARILY TO CUSTOMERS' CARS. We have been asked to supply some units which can be used temporarily for customers' car. So far we have allotted one for the School and one for Kingsbury. We understand that Paris also want one badly, and our Repair Dept. would like one. Attached are the units which are available, and the way in which we propose to deal with them. We should be glad to know if you agree, and whether you would like the work charging to a special order number. Of course none of the units can be considered to be in perfect condition; on the other hand they should be reliable. [Handwritten signature:] Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} (circled). | ||
