No.2. item refers to, 25/30.HP. not Phantom III.

The lever I reported fouling the throttle spindle is still found on Ph.III. coming into the Cricklewood Depot. The cam fouls when the throttle is fully opened and prevents the correct stop coming into action, thus putting a strain on the throttle spindle.
