Wpr/EH16/L20714. Sheet 3. conditions are the same. I consider these curves most instructive because they show up so clearly how the air resistance affects the efficiency of the radiator. Mr Royce anticipated this result, we did not expect it to be so clearly demonstrated. It is also shown by these curves that it is not necessary for us to use the big Colonial radiator. We can get better efficiency by a smaller one of different construction. The Orme Evans honeycomb shows up particularly good, it is only a standard size radiator with 24° slope shoulders. These curves also confirm our road tests, i.e. Ferman radiator with its restricted air passage keeps the floorboards hotter. R R' 5327 (100 H) (M/M 'B12' 51-9-10) C' 0910 | ||
