For the attention of Mr. Parnell.

Dear Sirs,

We wish to compile a manual giving instructions for maintenance required at intervals of 10,000 miles or one years.

As our experience of your brakes is limited to Experimental cars on which the pipes have to be removed from time to time, it is not easy to decide on this matter.

Would you consider it to be satisfactory merely to bleed the system after this period, or would you advise flushing it on a Rolls-Royce Car? Presumably the routine test would not need to include any dismantling for inspection.

Will you please address your reply "for the attention of Mr. Rigby."

Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
