re:- SpectreCodename for Phantom III Luggage Carrier.

We send herewith Print EVS.122 which has been sufficiently developed to enable us to give you the drilling positions for the fixings of the luggage grid. Whilst we may never fit a luggage grid to the first SpectreCodename for Phantom III Chassis 30-EX, we think that we should get the necessary distance pieces in the frame and the holes drilled, so that if at some subsequent date we wish to add the luggage grid, this can be done.

In order to make a luggage grid which will conform with this modern back of body on an enclosed limousine, we have found it necessary to increase the height of the filler of the petrol tank from that shewn on LeC.5992, and to change the position of the breather pipe.

We would like these modifications to the filler fitted to the first car, as we are modifying the coachwork accordingly.

The grid itself is a simplified edition of the present standard Phantom luggage grid.
