We are having a lot of trouble with the sparking plugs, the Lodge are because of pre-ignitions and the K.L.G. misfire after two or three hours running - if we take them out and clean them they are all right for another spell. We have tried some of the Bosch four pointed plugs, but the points of these drop off due to the centre stems made in high chromium steel to see if they will stand up. We have got to get some improvement in plugs before we can do a long continuous run on this engine. EH. 4100 (handwritten) | ||
