Messrs. Orme Evans,
Radiator Manufacturers,
Elgin Works,
Wolverhampton.

Dear Sirs,

We understand that you are at present manufacturing the Harrison type of radiator for the Chevrolet trucks. We are desirous of carrying out some experiments on the ribbon type of matrix and would like you to build up a radiator for us to run on one of our experimental cars.

If your technical representative could call at the Works on Friday the 15th inst, the writer would be very pleased to discuss the heat output characteristics of our power plant, the speed range over which it operates, and the ventilation possibilities of our existing cars with a view to clarifying the position as to exactly what depth and type of matrix would best fulfil our requirements.

We hope it will be possible for your representative to visit us on Friday as the writer will be leaving the country for several weeks the following day.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
