STARTING HANDLE & 7th. & 8th.
CROSSMEMBERS.

Herewith we send N.sch.3583 shewing the
arrangement of the starting handle and the 2 front crossmembers.

It will be seen that we are leaving the actual
scheme of the 7th. crossmember to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}, as we are not sure whether
it is necessary for the crossmember to be detachable to enable
the engine to be taken down.
