STANDARDISATION OF CHASSIS PARTS.

Description of Parts.
Pilot Jet to replace primer - to be operated from instrument board.

Origin.
To improve starting.

Experimental Test Report.
We have had pilot jets fitted to cars for twelve months. The advantages with the pilot jet are -
(1) No pumping required.
(2) Engine can be kept running when started up cold.

Road Test Report.
Fitted to 1.EX 6000 miles.
Fitted to 6.EX 3000 "
Fitted to Riveria trials cars 1922.
Fitted as standard to all R-R cars produced at SPRINGFIELD U.S.A.
