Visit from Scintilla Ltd. regarding magneto specifications and the return of a dynamo and regulator.

Referring to the visit which Mr.J.H.Berger of Scintilla Ltd. paid to these Works on Wednesday last, 2nd inst. on which occasion you handed him copy of Specification of Performance of 6-cylinder Magneto for R.R. 40/50 HP.Car, we are this morning in receipt of a letter from Scintilla Ltd. dated 8th inst. stating with regard to the above-mentioned specification they are taking this matter up with their factory and will communicate with us on receipt of their reply. Further, they confirm the arrangements made that we should return the dynamo and regulator we had for test purposes and they will replace them by their improved type machines, which they hope to receive from their factory at the beginning of January next.
