Suggesting to share notes from a 15,000-mile Cadillac test with General Motors.

In view of our friendly relations with Oy. in particular and with General Motors, I suggest that you might like to write to Oy.and tell him - (if you have not already done so) - that we are running this car under our conditions of a 15,000 miles test in France and tell him that you propose sending him notes of points of interest that arise in connection with the car. For instance I should think he would be very much interested to see the bit about the electrical system as given on the report for the 13th. If you agree that this is a good idea, the best way, I think, would be to put some one on to make extracts from the daily reports of items that would be worth telling Oy. about at the end of the test.
