X 3035 To Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} from EFC. EFC1/T6.6.24. X.3035 - RE WIRE FOR SOLDERING IRON. I should be glad if you would obtain from the Purit Specialities Co.Ltd., 27 Park Street, Birmingham, particulars (sizes) and prices of 'Gloray' wire, which we understand to be nichrome. This address was given to me by Messrs. Battersby & Hefford, Electrical Engineers, 77a Siddals Road, and they requested that their name should be mentioned in connection with this enquiry, which I said should be done. In particular we require some wire suitable for re-winding a soldering iron unit, the size of which wire we think will be .005". EFC. | ||
