To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} 612 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/NRC.{N. R. Chandler}3/JH.7.8.37. re Wraith 27-G-VI. Will you please fit to the above car a flywheel inertia ring to EX.28322 with bolts to EX.28323 which are already made in the stores. It will of course be necessary to keep an eye on the diameter were the ring spigots on to the flywheel, because if the flywheel has been made to just fit, it may be impossible to get it to fit without a little hand scraping.
