Phan.III - Re. Wheel creaks and dry wheel drivers.
------------------

The reports are of dry wheel drivers which rattle. There are a number of creaks from wheels. When taken off the hubs are found dry and rusty.

The next case will be dealt with according to your memo.

P.S.
I requested N. a fortnight ago to smear Duckham's Keenol on the drivers when dismantled to maintain the lubrication.
