Approved, subject to the following notes:- (B) With reference to 96 (2) Re Starting device for Chassis 1836 MacMillan. I think we should make it clear to Mrs MacMillan that we regard this as an unnecessary complication with the Rolls-Royce car, as, if it is properly kept in order, it will start on the switch nine times out of ten.
