For the attentions of Mr.Simms

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter and estimate of the 28th. instant and note the price is now £10.2.3. for the additional work required by ourselves.

We shall be pleased if you will proceed with the repairs at all possible speed without working overtime.

We shall not be able to let you have the chassis until the last moment but trust this will not hold up the job.

With regard to 35.EX., we have not yet received an estimate and as this car is urgently required we should be very grateful if you could oblige. The front mudguards which were sent back with the chassis will also require slight repairs and painting.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
