Lucas asked us if we had considered the question of existing patents effecting our design of drive. As far as they are concerned the design appears to be well in hand, and we are now awaiting the drawing of their portion of the shaft, together with several dimensions on a blue print which we have sent them of the driving end shield and an outline of their part of the machine to enable us to complete our drawings.
