The attached is the copy of a report from ME regarding an accident which led to a fire. The circumstances are certainly peculiar, and it does not seem right that it should be possible to ignite the petrol fumes when merely working round the engine. I should like to have your views on the whole matter, and in particular, do you think it advisable to approach Messrs. Plaxon with a view to persuading them to cover the two live studs referred to?
