R.{Sir Henry Royce} FROM DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} SECRET. C. to SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} WOR{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} C. to EH. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}:X6107JAPAN 3. BATTERY & SUSPENSION. C. to HV. Herewith we send print of N. sch. 3213. - Battery and Suspension. We wish to move the brake cables further in to make room for the new shock dampers, and so suggest that a battery arranged with cells in line should be used, this being appreciably narrower than the present arrangement, as well as electrically better. There is no difficulty about getting a battery so arranged. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} ORIGINAL | ||
